“When you are feeling “under the weather” or when its “freezing outside” try this aromatic wonderful hot drink!

Ingredients
Tulsi leaves 10
Ajwain leaves 10If you don’t have ajwain leaves take 1 teaspoon of ajwai seeds
Cinnamon sticks 2 inches
Cloves2
Cardamom -2
Black whole pepper – 7-10
Jeera ¼ teaspoon
Ginger 2 cm
Dhania – 1 tablespoon
Jaggery powder – 2 tablespoonsto taste
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons ½ in each cup
Instructions
Roughly pound the cloves. Black pepper, cardamom, dhania, jeera and ginger.
Wash the tulsi and ajwain leaves and chop them in to small pieces.
Boil 600 ml of water and all of the ingredients for about 10 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of lemon juice (Optional) when ready to drink and then filter in to the serving cups.
Enjoy this healthy drink all day on a freezing winter afternoon!
