Instructions
How to make:
In an Idli maker, put green and Orange batter first layer. Steam for 2-3 minutes until it is not fully cooked but wont mix with next layer. Add White batter and do the same. Next add the third color batter and steam for another 5 minutes.
The Idlis are done
When/What to serve with:
Tomato Chutney, Kaaram/Idli Podi
Notes
Tips: If you have no time just add the green chutney (coriander chutney) available in the little in the Indian stores. For Orange you can add carrot juice and blended carrots. Blend with red chillies.
