Blend the mixed berries and banana (both frozen) together. The bananas give the body and binding.
Choose the cup/bowl you want to serve in.
Place one layer of sweet mango pieces. Pour the smoothie over it. Next put the Greek yogurt layer. Next add fruits balancing sweet and tart taste like Kiwi/ Banana , dragon fruit grapes etc.
Next top with nuts and finally the flax seeds.
Keep in refrigerator and enjoy the cool, healthy, vitamin packed smoothie bowl.
