Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

To make smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry mix
  • 1/3 cup frozen banana

Toppings:

  • Greek yogurt 1 small cup - strawberry
  • Fruits:
  • Mango, kiwi, dragon fruit, grapes
  • Nuts:
  • Walnuts, pecans, almond flakes, cranberries, flax seeds

Instructions

  • Blend the mixed berries and banana (both frozen) together. The bananas give the body and binding.
  • Choose the cup/bowl you want to serve in.
  • Place one layer of sweet mango pieces. Pour the smoothie over it. Next put the Greek yogurt layer. Next add fruits balancing sweet and tart taste like Kiwi/ Banana , dragon fruit grapes etc.
  • Next top with nuts and finally the flax seeds.
  • Keep in refrigerator and enjoy the cool, healthy, vitamin packed smoothie bowl.

Notes

When/What to serve with:
Can be eaten for breakfast, as lunch substitute or as dessert.
