When mustard seeds splutter, add chana dal and urad dal.
When they are light brown, add jeera seeds and curry leaves.
Now add chopped onions and salt. Sauté until they are light brown and transparent.
Add the moong sprouts and sauté them together.
After about 5-7 minutes, the dish is ready. Add cilantro when it is hot.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Serve this delicious healthy snack by itself.
Moong Sprouts Saute with Shredded Coconut
Follow the same steps as above, but also add shredded coconut along with moong sprouts.
Mix all of these ingredients and enjoy this healthy salad!
