Take a large mixing bowl, put the mung sprouts, grated carrots and mix. Then add the other vegetables; 4 bean salad, olives, tomatoes, grated or chopped jicama and mix. Then add the nuts and fruits. Finally add the fruit chat mix (Available in Indian stores, red chili or any pickle powder, lime juice, date/tamarind chutney (optional) and mix.Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with almond slivers, pecans/walnuts, olives, pomegranate seeds

When Time MattersBuy mung sprouts from the Indian store, buy all chopped vegetables from grocery stores – can get grated carrots, chopped tomatoes, capsicum and cut fruits.
