  • 1 cup soaked poha
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup shredded cucumber
  • Pomegrenate seeds
  • ¼ cup shredded cilantro
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • Roasted black sesame
  • Total serves 3
  • Per serving
  • Alternative – 1tsp oil put poha curry leaves, and 1/2 tsp lemon rice powder add rest> Skip salt and lemon juice.
