In a pot put oil, red chilies, mustard seeds. When the seeds splutter, put chanadal and urad dal. Next put Methi seeds 8-10 and fry until you smell Methi aroma. Next add hing and curry leaves and fry. Now add the second half of the tamarind juice and boil briefly for 2-3 minutes. Now add the boiled vegetables. Add 5 tablespoons of Sambar powder to this.
Prepare the rice flour slurry by mixing 3 tablespoons of rice flour in room temperature water and mix thoroughly.
Add this very slowly constantly stirring to the pulusu to thicken it.
Garnish with coriander.
