In a wide mouth vessel, put 2 cups of heavy cream. Whip the cream with hand blender until it forms soft peaks. Then add condensed milk and mix well. Then add the mint leaves blend. This is optional. The flavor comes from the essence.
Add the peppermint essence and chocolate chips. Add the food coloring and mix well.
Then transfer to cup sizes of your choice.
Chill overnight in the freezer.
You can put mint chocolate candy on the top and serve.
