Micro greens sandwich

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat bread or Muffaletta bread
  • Microgreens Homegrown or store bought
  • Cheese of your choice = slice or grated
  • Guacamole Optional
  • Sliced fresh tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Pickled or fresh sliced onions
  • Pickled Jalapenos
  • Pickled Daicons Radish or mooli
  • Pickled Carrots
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise Optional
  • Taratar sauce Optional

Instructions

  • Toast one side of the bread with garlic butter.
  • Put a slice of cheese or grated cheese and let it melt.
  • On another slice, toast and put mustard, mayonnaise or tartar sauce and ketchup. Then put the lettuce, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, pickled carrot, radish or mooli. Put generous portions of microgreens.
  • Next place the cheesed bread on top of it and cut it half.
