Micro Greens, Carrots & Beans Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Micro Greens
  • 1 cup Grated Carrots
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 2-3 Green Chillies adjust to your spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste

  • - Pecan Nuts
  • - Almond Nuts
  • - Pomegranate Seeds

Instructions

  • Wash the micro greens thoroughly and let them drain in a colander. Peel and grate the carrots. Rinse the bean sprouts under cold water and drain.Finely chop the green chillies. Adjust the quantity to your preferred level of spiciness.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the micro greens, grated carrots, and bean sprouts.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice evenly over the salad ingredients. Sprinkle salt to taste. Gently toss everything together, ensuring the lemon juice and salt are well distributed.
  • Just before serving, add a generous handful of pecan nuts and almond nuts to the salad for crunch and nutty goodness.
