Mango lassi with bobas, popping bobas and jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp from can
  • or
  • 1 cup fresh cut ripe sweet mangoes
  • Store bought buttermilk
  • or
  • Homemade yogurt 1 cup
  • ½ cup Coconut milk/almond milk/or whole milk
  • Garnish:
  • Boba
  • Popping Boba
  • Jelly

Instructions

  • Put the mango pulp and curd/buttermilk in the blender or blend with hand blender.
  • Add Boba, Popping Boba and Jelly.

Notes

When/What to serve with:
Drink on a hot afternoon or pre-dinner drink
Tips/Tricks:
To make the lassi smoother, you can add a coconut milk, for the richer creamier taste specially if you are using low fat buttermilk/yogurt
