Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Mango Pulp - 1 can
  • Evaporated Milk – 1 can
  • Condensed Milk – 1 can
  • Tuity fruity India, Indian stores – 1 cup to put in the ice-cream and topping.
  • Or in USA I am using Paradise Old English Fruit and Peel Mix
  • Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • Saffron few grams soaked in 5 ml of milk
  • Almond slivers pistachio pieces saffron for garnishing

Instructions

  • Open the can of mango pulp, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whipping cream, cardamom powder, saffron in milk. Use a hand blender and mix all the ingredients well.
  • After this add a half cup of tuity fruity pieces and mix by hand. Then pour this in to the cups of your desire or a large icecream bin.
  • I always like to use individual cups of different sizes, many are small; 1-2 oz (30-60 ml) capacity so even diabetics and those watching calories can have a taste and not feel very guilty.
  • Top with tuity fruity (few may sink), nuts and saffron (optional).
  • Put in freezer overnight.
  • Delicious ice cream is ready!!!

This is one of my most favorite dessert hat everyone just loves and ask for recipe all the time!
When/What to serve with:
Serve by itself or with warm Gulab jamun or fresh mango fruit pieces.
