Lassi in the mango season

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cup mango pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Topping
  • fresh mango pieces
  • cardamon
  • saffron

Instructions

  • How to make:
  • Put the mango pulp and curd/buttermilk in the blender or blend with hand blender.
  • Add the toppings.

Notes

When/What to serve with:
Drink on a hot afternoon or pre dinner drink
Tips/Tricks:
To make the lassi smoother, you can add a coconut milk, for the richer creamier taste specially if you are using low fat buttermilk/yogurt
