Jicama Snack

Ingredients

  • Jicama
  • Lemon/Red pepper (Tajin)
  • Lemon/Black pepper

Instructions

  • Peel the Jicama and cut into long or square pieces.
  • Sprinkle lemon red pepper (I use Tajin) or add lemon/black pepper powder just before eating or serving. Otherwise water will form.

Notes

This is a low-calorie filling snack or appetizer
Tips:
Add salt just before eating or serving
