Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe avacados = calories = 240 times two = 480 calories
  • Medium onion chopped small = calories 40
  • Tomato – One medium – chopped = 22 calories
  • Green chili – one chopped
  • Lemon juice to taste.
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cut, remove the seed and scoop out the avacados. Then add the chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, salt to taste, green chilies and lemon juice and mix it well. This is now ready.
  • Garnishing: Optional
  • Pomegrenate seeds - optional
