Green Chutney - Coriander, Mint and Amla

Ingredients

  • Coriander/Cilantro chopped = 1 cup
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 cup washed and cleaned
  • Green chilies to taste = 1-2
  • 2 tbsp Amla chutney paste usirikaaya thokku
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery Optional
  • 1 tsp roasted chana dal Optional

Instructions

  • Grind all together with some water in to fine paste.
