Start by slitting the store-bought or frozen naan in half.
In a bowl, mix together the following ingredients:- 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese- 1 cup of diced red bell pepper- 1 cup of diced yellow bell pepper- 1 cup of diced orange bell pepper- 2-3 diced green chilies- 2-3 diced green chilies Stuff the mixture between the two halves of the naan.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place the stuffed naan on the skillet or griddle with the thick side of the slit naan facing down.
Cook until the cheese is melted and the naan is crispy and slightly browned on one side.
Carefully flip the quesadilla to cook the other side until it is also slightly browned and crispy.
Once both sides are cooked to your liking, remove from the heat.
Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
