Instructions
Filling: Coarse blend dry roasted cashews, almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds and coconut. Add to this, blended dates and make in to a dough.
Next put the above nuts/dates blend w in to the small modak mold and pack tightly against the walls. Take the modak out and roll them in dry roasted white sesame seeds Now they are ready for Ganesh Chaturthi !
They taste divine!

When/What to serve with: After dinner dessert.Tips: You can mix the white sesame seeds in to the nuts/dates mix or you can roll the modak on to it to coat the outside.
