Cauliflower Carrot Peas Saffron Rice

Garlic cloves shredded

A pinch. Soak in water

Instructions
On a pan put 1tsp of oil. When hot put the red chili, jeera, green chilies, whole cloves, cardamom garlic cloves and sauté’. Add the curry leaves.
Then add the cauliflower and cook on open flame to evaporate the moisture. Add the saffron water.
Saute’ till the cauliflower is done
