Cauliflower Carrot Peas Saffron Rice

Ingredients

  • ½ pound Cauliflower rice
  • 100 grams Peas
  • 100 grams Grated carrots

Spices:

  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • 1 Dry red chilly
  • 1 Bay leaves
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 2 Garlic cloves shredded
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 6-7 Curry leaves
  • tsp Saffron A pinch. Soak in water
  • 1 inch Ginger (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • On a pan put 1tsp of oil. When hot put the red chili, jeera, green chilies, whole cloves, cardamom garlic cloves and sauté’. Add the curry leaves.
  • Then add the cauliflower and cook on open flame to evaporate the moisture. Add the saffron water.
  • Saute’ till the cauliflower is done
