Milk of your choice low fat/regular/protein rich ¾ cup
Dahi/yogurt = of your choice for high protein content use Greek yogurt or hung curd
Banans ripe cut = ½-1
Instructions
How to make:
In a wide mouthed jar put oats, then chia seeds, flax seeds, heart of hemp and all other ingredients. (Save few nuts/cranberries to top).
Put milk and mix. Then add the pistachio mix. Add yogurt. Add toppings of saved nuts. Add cut banana, mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for few hours or overnight.
Enjoy the next morning!
