Banana Nuts Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup organic sprouted rolled oats Costco
  • Chia seeds = 1 teaspoon
  • Flax seeds = 1 teaspoon
  • Heart of hemp = 1 teaspoon
  • Cranberries = 6-8
  • Dates cut = 2
  • Roasted cashews pieces = 2
  • Walnuts pieces = 4-5
  • Pecans pieces = 4-5
  • Almond slivers = 8-10
  • Badam milk mix powder 1 tablespoon Optional
  • Milk of your choice low fat/regular/protein rich ¾ cup
  • Dahi/yogurt = of your choice for high protein content use Greek yogurt or hung curd
  • Banans ripe cut = ½-1

Instructions

  • How to make:
  • In a wide mouthed jar put oats, then chia seeds, flax seeds, heart of hemp and all other ingredients. (Save few nuts/cranberries to top).
  • Put milk and mix. Then add the pistachio mix. Add yogurt. Add toppings of saved nuts. Add cut banana, mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for few hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy the next morning!

When/What to serve with:
Can eat for breakfast or as a afterschool snack or anytime snack!
