BHUNA CHANA - 1/2 CUP
MAMRA/PUFFED RICE - 1 CUP
FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS - ½ CUP
ROASTED WHOLE PEANUTS - 1/3 CUP
CHOPPED CILANTRO - 2 TABLESPOONS
LEMON JUICE - 1 TABLESPOON
KASHMIRI LAL MIRCHI - ½ TEASPOON
OLIVE OIL OR ANY OIL - ½ TEASPOON
ALTERNATIVE TO SALT
RED CHILI POWDER AND OIL = PRIYA MANGO TOKKU - 1 TABLESPOON
POMEGRENATE SEEDS FRESH - 1 TABLESPOON TO GARNISH
SALT TO TASTE
Instructions
In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds (Optional) and enjoy a quick snack for a sunny afternoon!
