Soak ½ cup of the 9 bean (multigrain) plus handful of peanuts overnight. Coarse blend this with salt (to taste) and 3 greenchilies (to taste).
Add lemon juice or MTR Lemon rice mix. Then add 3 tablespoonfuls of Rava or any dry Vada mix to absorb any excess water.
Option 1:
Steam this for 12- 15 minutes in a mould slightly smaller size than the burger bun you will use. I am showing in two sizes.
Option 2:
Cook in microwave on high for 4-6 minutes (microwaves vary)Make the size you want after cooking in microwave.
Option 3:
Directly shallow fry them on the electric mould.
Making the burgers:
Take out the burgers and dip them in the coating and roll in the bread crumbs. Shallow fry them.
Assemble the burger:
On a pan fry the burger bun till golden brown. Apply the toppings you like – mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise or any chutney like coriander, mint or ginger chutney preferably not watery type.
Then add lettuce, tomato, pickle and pickled jalapeno peppers.
Garnishing:
Serve with salad, fruit or potato chips.
