Ingredients
Watermelon – cubes = 2 cups
Cucumber = peeled
seeds removed and cut = 1cup
Mexican Friole hard cheese crumblesor Feta Cheese crumbled = ¼ cup
Lemon Juice = 15-30 ml
Olive oil = 1 tablespoon
Zesty salad dressing = 2 tablespoons
Parsley cut fine = 3 tablespoons
Mint chopped 3 leaves
Instructions
Cut watermelon into 1 inch pieces.
Mix all the ingredients then add salt and pepper and lemon juice.
Put in the refrigerator; serve cold.

When/What to serve with:
Tips:
Add salt just before serving so excessive water wont form.
