Ingredients

  • Watermelon – cubes = 2 cups
  • Cucumber = peeled seeds removed and cut = 1cup
  • Mexican Friole hard cheese crumblesor Feta Cheese crumbled = ¼ cup
  • Lemon Juice = 15-30 ml
  • Olive oil = 1 tablespoon
  • Zesty salad dressing = 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley cut fine = 3 tablespoons
  • Mint chopped 3 leaves

Instructions

  • Cut watermelon into 1 inch pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients then add salt and pepper and lemon juice.
  • Put in the refrigerator; serve cold.

Notes

When/What to serve with:
Tips:
Add salt just before serving so excessive water wont form.
