
Today, I’m thrilled to share with you how to make a delicious and heart-healthy vegetable soup using the Ninja Soup Maker. This easy recipe combines a variety of fresh ingredients to bring you an incredibly flavorful and satisfying meal with just a touch of a button.

Ingredients
- Yellow Squash 1 whole cut 2 cm pieces
- Carrot – 1 Cut in 2 cm pieces
- Tomato – 1 cut
- Cilantro – chopped 2 tablespoons
- Jaggery 2 pieces
- Mint leaves – 6-8
- Celery 1 cup =
- Salt to taste
- MTR Sambar soup mix 2 tablespoons
- Watery Tamarind juice 2 tablespoons
- Mango ginger – cut 1 tablespoon or 1 inch
- Water 500 ml
- Oil = 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients together and put in the chunky soup setting. It runs for 30 minutes. The soup maker will heat in the first 5-8 minutes. You wont see any activity at that time. Then it will cook, pulse and finish the delicious healthy soup.
