Air fryer – Finger Pizza Naan

Finger naan pizzas are a fun and easy way to enjoy the flavors of pizza in a bite-sized form. Using naan dipper as the base, you can top it with your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings, and then bake it in the oven until crispy and delicious. These mini pizzas are perfect for a quick and easy lunch or snack, and you can customize them to your liking with a variety of toppings. In this recipe we make finger naan pizzas using an air fryer.

Finger Naan Pizza with an air fryer

Ingredients
  

  • Naan dippers or mini finger naans (Firestone – in Costco or any grocery store)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (Regular or low fat or vegan)
  • Pizza sauce/ chutneys/ pesto sauce

Toppings:

  • chopped onion
  • bell peppers all colors (capsicum)
  • olives
  • mushrooms
  • pickled/fresh jalapenos/green chillies
  • sundried tomatoes

Chutneys (dry):

  • ginger
  • gongura
  • cranberry

Instructions
 

  • Line up  naan dippers and put pizza sauce, onion, or any other topping and shredded  cheese. Place in airfryer on preferabley a perforated plate (so the cheese does drop and mess up your air fryer). Put in air fryer for 3-7 minutes or until the cheese melts with light brown spots.

Notes

When Time Matters:
1. Buy chopped onion, olives, pickled jalapeños, green pepper or capsicum
2. If you have no time or patience to wait for the oven to preheat, can do on stove or use air fryer. I made the attached photo of the 5 mini naan pizzas – putting pizza sauce, put onion, cheese jalapeños took 2 minutes and air dried after spearing one side with oil spray. Put in air fryer (mine is Phillips) for 5-7 minutes. Tastes just as good.
When Calories Matter:
Use low calorie cheese
When Only plant-based food matters (Vegan):
Use only vegetables or use vegan cheese
With what to serve:
For kids: a great after school snack, swim party, birthday party
For adults: Anytime snack, midnight cravings, appetizer at a dinner party

  • బెల్ పెప్పర్స్ (క్యాప్సికమ్)
  • ఆలివ్
  • తీపి మిరపకాయ
  • పుట్టగొడుగులు
  • తురిమిన మోజారెల్లా చీజ్
  • పిజ్జా సాస్

Instructions
 

  • నాన్ డిప్స్ వరసగా ఉంచి పిజ్జా సాస్ మరియు ఉల్లిపాయ, బెల్ పెప్పర్ మరియు చీజ్ ఉంచండి
    ఎయిర్‌ఫ్రైయర్‌లో పెట్టండి
    3-7 నిమిషాల పాటు 390లో ఎయిర్‌ఫ్రై చేయండి
    ఎయిర్‌ఫ్రైయర్ నుండి బయటకు తీయండి
    ఆనందించండి!
